Finding the information and advice necessary to plan and arrange an ultraluxury trip is too difficult and time consuming. You have to search through and sort too much information - both online and off - and, even when you're finished, you're never sure that the information and advice that you've chosen to follow is correct. True Latitudes was created to put an end to the pain and difficulty of planning an ultraluxury trip, and to provide a single source of trustworthy information and advice on ultraluxury travel.

    True Latitudes was designed and created for people from all over the world who want only ultraluxury experiences when they travel. Unlike some membership-based websites, we do not impose wealth or connection standards on our members. We do not think that how wealthy you may be or who you may know are any of our business. We ask our members to trust us, and we in return trust our members. Membership in True Latitudes is designed for travelers who are seeking trustworthy advice on ultraluxury travel.   • What if someone else plans and arranges my travel?

    We understand that many ultraluxury travelers rely on other people in their lives to plan their trips and make all of the reservations and other arrangements involved. If this is the case with you, you have a number of options. You may share information available on True Latitudes with those who arrange your travel so that they are able to assemble the perfect trip for you. You may also join True Latitudes in that person's name utilizing that person's e-mail address thereby giving them full access to the resources of True Latitudes, and ensuring that all updates and news produced by True Latitudes are sent directly to those handling your travel. You may, of course, take out a second membership - one in your name and one in theirs. And finally, there is nothing to prevent you from sharing your user name and password with those you trust to arrange your travel.

  • Can True Latitudes make travel arrangements for me?

    Of course, we can. True Latitudes has in place the relationships with professional travel consultants which enable us to handle all aspects of members' travel planning and arrangements.

    At the most basic level, True Latitudes provides its members with the unique and valuable information and advice found in the members-only sections of this website. In addition, True Latitudes assigns each member a highly-experienced professional travel consultant who genuinely understands true ultraluxury travel. The role of the consultant is to listen to you and to thoroughly understand your needs and expectations before giving you advice, designing your trip to suit your personal requirements, and booking and confirming all of the many elements and details of your trip.

    Your personal travel consultant will give you the peace of mind that all of the arrangements are in place and up to your expectations. All you'll need to do is go enjoy ultraluxury travel on your own terms.

  • Can you assure me that if I join True Latitudes my privacy will be protected, and everything that I do on and with True Latitudes will be secure?

    Yes. When you join True Latitudes, we do not require you to divulge any personal or financial information. You need only give us a name and a valid e-mail address, and create for yourself a user name and password. You will at all times be anonymous on True Latitudes - even when you are commenting on or contributing to the ultraluxury travel information on the website. Those of us who created True Latitudes cherish our own privacy and anonymity, and will at all times respect your privacy and anonymity. Please see our privacy policy for details.

    True Latitudes employs a secure socket layer (SSL) which insures safe exchanges of information over the internet through the use of powerful encryption tools. Confidential information which you send us - such as your credit card number when you become a member of True Latitudes - cannot be intercepted by anyone else. The GeoTrust smart seal that appears throughout the True Latitudes website is your assurance True Latitudes enjoys SSL protection, and that your communications with True Latitudes are encrypted and secure.

    True Latitudes does whatever it can to protect its members and their sensitive or confidential information - including their credit card information. When a member provides us with credit card information - such as when they join True Latitudes, or renew their True Latitudes membership, or give a gift of True Latitudes membership - we protect the member in the following ways:

    • We use 128-bit encryption of communication to and from our server and any web browser.
    • Credit card numbers are not stored on True Latitudes' database. (We keep on file only the last four digits of a member's credit card number for cases where we later need to verify the credit card that was used for a transaction.)
    • Once credit card information is transmitted to our server for processing, we use even stronger encryption in the back end to transmit the information to our payment processor - Authorize.Net - to verify the credit card, and place an authorization for the credit card transaction.
    • Once the authorization is confirmed, a one-time unique ID number is created and associated with the transaction. Once that ID number has been used to bill the member's credit card, it is no longer valid and can never be used again to authorize or bill another transaction.

    True Latitudes uses the industry's largest payment processor - Authorize.Net - to securely process credit card transactions. You will find the Authorize.Net verified merchant seal throughout the True Latitudes website as a further assurance to our members that they are safe and secure when using the True Latitudes website.
